Among the 30+ major ecommerce sites in India, at present it seems the market leader is Flipkart. Best offers specific to categories like clothing might be present in other sites like Jabong or Myntra, but most of these sites have comparable, but competitive offers.

Where are you located. There are many country specific websites which gives good offers. I recently shopped for designer clothes at http://www.luxebutik.com and got around 70% off. When you shop from one site and get buying satisfaction, the trust factor grows and you go there next time also. There are also sites where you can compare prices from different shopping sites before you buy.
