for facebook you can, make a group, call it the name of your web site and get all your family and friends to join, others will see it and join too.
post pictures of the clothing your selling, post nice pictures. maybe even buy a mannequin or dress form to take pictures of the clothing. i buy my mannequins from amazon.
im not so sure about you tube or twitter, but ill think about it.
