I've been in it for 5 months and don't have a lot of people under me. I need help getting more down lines

Most network marketers don't build their down-lines quickly enough due to the fact that they're not leveraging their marketing. In other words, what you likely need is a means of recruiting on the web.
There are literally millions of people searching for business opportunities on the internet each month. A proper SEO strategy mated to a great lead capture website would likely give you a boost.
Unfortunately most MLM companies don't teach these strategies, and thus you're left to sink or swim on your own. My recommendation is to study up on the concepts above, and get yourself a website and begin marketing it online ASAP. There are some free, or nearly free resources out there to get you started.
