i am not a member of twitter but i have often looked at my crushes tweets on twitter but when i looked today i noticed that he has made his account private. he only tweets about football and stuff like that and never posts any pictures of himself or anything personal. so can he tell ive been looking at his account?

Nope. The only way he could tell you saw the tweets would be if you favorite or retweeted them, which would require you to have a Twitter. So, no.

Try making a troll account
