Realistically companies would only want to deal with an established advertising company with a proven traffic record, or they would advertise directly on Facebook. Over 90% of the revenue for Google Adwords comes from companies that spend over $100,000 a month there.
There are plenty of guides for making money from Facebook advertising, many discuss affiliate marketing which is specifically setup to allow small time operators receive a commission of perhaps 15% for sending a buying customer.
