I have important emails in folders on Yahoo Mail and some I need back up records of them on my computer. Is there a way to do a batch download to my computer?

Install an e-mail client like windows live mail and configure it for your yahoo mail account http://uk.help.yahoo.com/kb/mail-classic/SLN3285.html?impressions=true
then it will download all your mail to your computer, it is best to go into advaned settings and tick the box that says leave a copy on the server and also the box that says delete when I delete, that way your emails are also still on Yahoo server until you delete them
