Whenever I try to post a pic on instagram, it does not allow me to post the full picture because the length is longer than the width. Does anybody know how to change the length and width of the photo to the same measurement? Please help

I use Reduce Photo Size. Takes a minute to get used to it, but once you do it's very fast. Best, it's free.
