It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.

the connection is dodgy. call up sky or whoever you have broadband with. it could be a temporary thing or maybe your connection wire...

Update the driver for your network adapter and while your at it also your video card. Check and make sure there are no power saver options selected for your network adapter. If that don't work, download, install, and update Malwarebytes free antimalware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/ REBOOT THE COMPUTER INTO SAFE MODE AND DO A FULL SCAN WITH MALWAREBYTES. If that don't work, post back with more information on your computer, ISP, network adapter, operating system, etc. The more information you provide will help us help you.
