It's easy to find out when a domain name was registered - just go to "Who Is" on good domain name registration sites.
However, it's more difficult to find out when:
1. that domain name was hosted
2. files were uploaded to the host account to create a website

That classy domain name was registered 27-Jan-2009, it appears to be hosted in Jacksonville, FL. On a dedicated? IP address. Interestingly their privacy poliicy "was last modified on August 6, 2003."
