The WiFi in our apartment was on the fritz, with it dropping off and returning, so I called and got the router replaced. The new router now works great on everyone else's computers (around 35 mbps) but it is extremely slow on mine (1-2 mbps).
I know it's not the number of people connected because that has been the same and when we first got the router my computer ran fine.
My computer runs fine on the campus WiFi (30+ mbps).
We are paying for 35-40mbps, I'm tired of wasting money on 1mbps...

Call the ISP, they should walk you through trouble shooting on your pc and get you the right settings/compatibility w/ the new router.
