I have Windows 8, IE 11 w/Yahoo for email. It crashes every time I open or file an email. When paying bills or filling out online applications, it continues to crash and re-open (having to start everything all over again). I have uninstalled IE and gone back to original IE 9 - still with crashing. Defragmented. Uninstalled all unused programs, etc. Finally performed a restore to no avail.
HELP please
Much appreciated.Sorry - I have Windows 7 not 8. oops.
Is there anything that doesn't cost money to fix this issue? That PC Cleaner costs about $30.00

I the past I also have faced the same situation & my problem was solved after I uninstalled my network firewall. ( AVG antivirus). but in general it is due to following reasons :-
Your Browser is modified or hijacked by a malicious program( Virus) to overcome that download Ad-ware Remover tool for IE (& for Chrome & Firefox too ,Search from Google ) which is free & run it. & see if problem is solved.
If You still have problems then it may be based on the following theory :-
Every App runs on a specific port on PC & have a own allotted resources(Like CPU, Printer , RAM etc.) . If 2 or more apps tries to access the same port or tries to gain the same resources it is called a DEADLOCK in Computer science.
The Key point is that run Launch your IE in safemode with networking support & trouble shoot each app & running process individuay.
