I always see text without images when I enter twitter, like:
Language, search, followers...etc
Can you please tell me how can I fix this?
I've tried using Firefox, but the same problem occurs.

If you use extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) like Adblock Plus or NoScript or Flash Block that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.

You can also try a new profile for your current Firefox 17 beta version.
