It's your network problem. But if you think that your network is working fine on other websites then report this "Performance Issue" to Facebook, they will fix it for you.

Mines Working Fine Try Using Facebook on A Another Browser and Try Clearing your Cookies Cache and Delete Temporary Files If This Does Not Work Than its a Issue With Facebook you Cant Fix it The Facebook Team Will have to Fix your Account
Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem to them
They Wont Write Back But they Will Review the Problem and Respond to the Issue Tho and Fix it
