WordPress is the easiest to learn and has tons of plugins that can make WordPress so much more than just a blogging site. Blogs, business sites, sales pages, video reviews, etc etc can all be easily accomplished using WordPress. It is also very easy to make WordPress search engine friendly.

Joomla or Wordpress both are different in technology. Both are CMS(Content Management Systems) but in technology Joomla is good. Most of the people use wordpress now or like also.

Wordpress CMS is widely used these days. It’s easy to paste text from a Microsoft Word document into a Wordpress site, but not into Joomla. Very user-friendly with great support and tutorials, making it great for non-technical users to quickly deploy fairly simple sites

Joomla allows you to build a site with more content and structure flexibility than Wordpress. Joomla offers complex site development options than Wordpress offers.

Both are great but will depend on your needs as well. To be honest and having worked with a lot of Wordpress and Joomla websites, I will highly recommend Wordpress even though I've noticed Joomla to load pages much faster. In any way, WordPress is much easier to administrate and there is a lot of themes and plugins already available to add more features on the site in a matter of minutes. Moreover, you may easily add a blog to the site to publish articles from time to time so your website is always fresh with new content.

WordPress is better as there are lots of plugins available.

Some say Wordpress is best but I prefer Joomla much more.
I've built sites with both and Joomla has much more flexibility.

Wordpress has turned into a full CMS but Joomla has much more options for site building where Wordpress has more options for blogs.

Wordpress is best

WordPress is more SEO friendly than Joomla. WordPress has native support for canonical urls, SEO friendly titles, etc. Also there are supper plugins for SEO and XML sitemaps for free.
