Video uploading is downloading from any database and computer also have video submission in posting from bunch of video website.

Hi Paul, the term " Submission" is used for SEO optimization of a video . When you upload a video, there are options like Title, description, keywords etc. These fields are used for SEO optimization bu giving targeted keywords in these fields.

I don't think there is a difference between uploading and submission because as far as I know, if you upload a video in any video hosting site, you are submitting it. But 'Submission' is just the term used with SEO. Video Submission is what we call it at seoexpertservicesfirm.com.
