Links in Firefox new tab, how to remove a link there.? - pachomius2000 - 04-17-2014 07:15 PM

For Firefox users: when I start a new tab there appear several links which lead to webpages I visit regularly.

But one of these links is no longer working because its address has been changed by the website owner/operator.

See this new tab reproduced below:*

<a href="http://tinypic.com?ref=k19elj" target="_blank"><img src="http://i61.tinypic.com/k19elj.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>

You see that Security Bank link, the address is already changed, that is why there is an annotation below the link box, Page Not Found - Security Bank.

Now, how do I remove that link so that it does not appear anymore every time I start a new tab, and how do I put in a new link which has the correct and new address?

*Sorry, I cannot upload the screenshot of the new tab, perhaps it will come out all right when this question is published -- in preview it does not come out all right; but I guess readers get the message I am trying t convey -- thanks for your patience and help if any..
