What do you think of my website? - Jordan - 04-17-2014 07:17 PM

It was made with webplus x6, I just wanted to know if you like it and if there is anything I could change and improve Smile thanks

As a 14 year old I don't appreciate having other people call my first effort 'childish' and 'amateur'. I would of liked to know how I could improve. Why do some people have to be so judgemental? Could you have done better? Next time you write something, please make it something I can work from so I can improve.

Very good Big Grin I was just thinking though, the links on the bar in the middle(ish) should probably have a larger font because i had a hard time reading them, but apart from that it's very good! Smile

I would definitely recommend making a logo; this makes it look more trustworthy, etc. Also, make sure there is a more defined house style; if you use red, for example, you should use it for most headings etc. Also, you should try to use the same font for headings. The text in the red box at the top of the page is a very "boring" style of text. You should adapt this to, perhaps, the same text style as the "Welcome" section. Using the same style and having a logo not only makes it seem more trustworthy, but it also helps your website "stick" in peoples' heads as they will link the colour/font/logo to your website. Other than that, as long as all links work, it seems fine to me.
Hope this helps.

I think the website is great! It has a nice layout so it doesn't look too rough or shabby. The navigation bar text could be made a little bit bigger. I think for someone of your age this is bloody fantastic. Please let me know if you are going to be web designing in the future as I might just hire you to make one for me Smile
