YOU DECIDE

***Face book does not have a selection of complaint that applies to criticism of religion only against violent or sexual content.

Over the last couple of weeks Facebook has clamped down heavily on various (around 40) counter-jihad, shia law and patriot pages.

The administrators of these pages were shocked when they logged on and found that their pages had suddenly ‘disappeared’. In some cases Facebook has made this statement: ‘Your Page was flagged for content containing nudity, pornography or sexual solicitation.’ The page admins, however, have claimed not to have posted anything with explicitly sexual content.

Creeping sharia has been reported by a Hope Not Hate (UK) member, and then banned by Facebook, for an innocent cartoon image — Facebook used the phrase ‘sexual content’ then too.) These pages will therefore have been consistently reported by Muslims, and/or Leftists, for anti-Islamic content, not for sexual or violent content.

But yet it is OK to have a Facebook page called “Kill Zimmerman” and Facebook said that they see nothing wrong with it?

Facebook's policies are very vague and are not evenly applied. In many cases, all it takes is one complaint and Facebook will shut down any page without actually reviewing it. Worse, once a page is shut down, there is almost no way to appeal the decision. Facebook isn't the only site that does this. Yahoo does the same thing.

So, Facebook isn't consciously targeting certain groups or anything like that. They're just a badly run organization.

If you want to hit Facebook where it hurts, target their advertisers. A few well organized and publicized campaigns to encourage users to boycott the products and services advertised on Facebook because of Facebook's badly applied policies about content will get far more attention from Facebook than anything else.

Facebook is a KOSHER government spy operation, just like all the rest of these silly social networks, but Facebook is the worst hands down. Participate in them at your own risk.

That is cool. If some guys have discovered they can get hate pages removed from disgracebook just by claiming you put pictures of people's naughty bits on your site, that is a clever move.

Thanks for telling us.
