Hi guys. I wanted to ask if the at&t uverse internet service provider caps bandwidth. I know Comcast does but does at&t. I want to know so i can continue downloading from the internet without having to worry about my overall internet speed being effected. Will excessive downloading cause my speed to be effected? Thanks in advance.
