I'm using Google Adsense, anyone know other good way to earn money by putting ads on my site?

Unless you have hundreds of websites you will not make much money from Adsense. Find products compatible to your blog's niche and see if they have an affiliate program which you can join. Good affiliate programs will provide banners for their affiliates to use on their own sites. These banners would include the affiliate link.
Apart from finding individual products, you can also find products on sites you can join such as Clickbank and PayDotCom.

You have to become an affiliate marketer. But making money on this is getting more difficult.
Another way is to put your blog on a money-generating blogging platform. Check out http://www.things4yourlife.com. Read the blogs and watch the video.
