i have two pictures of someone and they look a lot alike, is there a website that will look at their specific features to tell if they are the same person?

There is a small free program called "VisiPics" which if you set it to STRICT and in one of the menu's DO NOT LOOSEN is UN-ticked, will give a very good attempt at perfectly matching two photos (Or not ?)
