I read from google that there are few software that help to extract UK yellow pages to excel so that I can use it for sales purposes.
Can anyone recommend any which is good please.

They probably have a subscriber type service that offers downloads of the directories you are looking for. On the British Telecom site, they offer a CD-ROM deliverable version that for single user, network and intranet applications that can be purchased.
