So I bought an android tablet really cheap on eBay about a week ago.
I looked through feedback there was nothing said about not receiving items.

But I'm a little worried, I got a message saying the item was removed by eBay itself for security reasons. & I checked the persons eBay and everything was removed .

I don't remember if the item was marked shipped. So should I just wait or what?

If you have not received the item you paid for then you need to file a dispute. Since eBay has removed all the sellers' items and pretty much shut their account down. You need to file the dispute than escalate the claim to get the item cost plus shipping refunded. Click on Customer Service after you login to your eBay account and click the item number you want to dispute and follow the rest of the directions on eBay Resolution Center to file the dispute. You may receive a reply from eBay just let eBay customer service agent know you didn't receive the item and the sellers account has be permanently removed after you paid for the item more than a week ago.

Ebay sends an email with a tracking number when a seller reports a package shipped.
If you didn't get the email you should file a claim.
