I've heard that this is the way people win most auctions, by pressing a 1 click bid, that instantly highers the price, how do you get one click bid button to appear ?

Its the place your bid box. When you bid a high price its called PROXIE BIDDING anyone trying to bid against you has to meet your price before they win the auction. Until they meet your price in bidding the price of the auction goes until your high bid is passed.
Otherwise a one click is BUY IT NOW LOL!
