Yes u can use it Because allover India its free for BSNL there is no extra charge for BSNL I dono about the call charges but for data its free of charge (it will comes under your data pack plan) thank u

Hi.. If you have activated Internet data plan, you can use your number for Internet in Delhi. No extra charges will be applied. The Internet data plan will be according to Maharashtra circle.
