For example, if I go on my crush's profile & see the 9 people under "friends" are these the 9 people she talks to most or would Facebook not reveal someone elses most interacted people? On my profile I talk to 2 of the 9 people everyday, 6 others ocassionally & someone never

I think you are talking about the mutual friends .you have 9 mutual friends, basically you guys have the same friends

when looking at someone else's profile, you are still seeing the people that YOU have the most in common with on that person's friends list, you dont see the same 9 people as the other person does when they look at their own profile - so it doesnt reveal anything
