I am just wondering if I can get twitter followers on Twiends if I earn the seeds using the YouTube section of the site?

Yes definitely! But it wouldn't hurt to add a couple people too, to get some seeds and then unfollow them.
Honestly for me all of this was too much work so I downloaded TweetAttacks and now I have 64,001 followers! With twiends i got about a couple hundred and it took me A WHILE! Good luck!
