What does end of net neutrality mean? - Bob - 04-19-2014 01:25 AM

I heard it will shift everybody search results depending on which ISP you have, tax your Netflix/bandwidth, and bring an end to the net as we know it. Why does no one care?

It means that people who are willing to pay more will get priority service. Net neutrality basically means that all customers receive equal priority from the ISP's servers.

The end of net neutrality means we return to a capitalistic method of business - those who pay more get more.
