Facebook doesn't make the chat sound? - kat - 04-19-2014 02:17 AM
Okay so I was on facebook on my computer, and it tells me that "Alerts are off while you use another client to chat." Knowing that, I made sure I was logged out on everything, iPod, phone, kindle. Then I got back on. It still says that I'm on another device, but I'm not. And I can't get it to work again. Help?

Don't worry.
It seems happening some time.
May be it is some technical issue, so you just wait for some time and then try again.
If issue will remain then going to help option and write this to Facebook, they sure provide you help quickly.
