It doesn't mean anything. It's just the second line in the standard computer (or typewriter) keyboard.

Those are just the letters on the middle row of a phone keyboard some times people use that to describe what type if keyboard the phone has cause there's the old fashioned kind where it has (1 abc ) on one key and then there's the keyboard asdfghjkl where the keys are like a computer keyboard! See, if u learn typing then you would know. The thing is the keyboard inventor felt that those are the letters which are frequently typed by the users.

asdfghjkl is said when you can't describe something which is usually so good. It's hard to explain. For instance, when your favorite band which you so dearly love and obsess over just announced that they'll be releasing a new album or is having a concert in your city, you'll be so excited and therefore....asdfghjkl!!!

As the people below said, it's just someone dragging their finger across the middle line of a keyboard. asdfghjkl is typically used to express a mixture or overload of emotions, and usually has the same effect as "I can't even," or other expressions of something or someone being too cute, too funny, or too scary, or possibly even frustration with this too cute, too funny, or too scary object/person.
