That is simple process then you used broadband internet from my pc in my smartphone. First you download Virtual Router Plus then you install this software . This software is wifi hot spot so on your smartphone wifi and connect then you used broadband internet from my pc in my smartphone.

You should create an Ad-hoc wifi network on you pc and share your inernet connection through wireless and all of your wifi devices can connect to you pc.
