Is there any way I can opt out of timeline on my Facebook page? I don't like it. I like the classic view better? Can anyone provide me with specific instructions how to do this, if possible?

Unfortunately, no. Although if you use Google Chrome, you can download something called TimelineRemove from the Chrome Store. Everybody will see you have a timeline. But all you will see is the classic view of Facebook.

Sorry, but once you profile has been switched over, there is no possible way to get your old profile back. Don't worry. You'll get used to it, even if you say you don't like it.i said that too. But now I don't even notice it so.. haha

Its not actually possible to remove Timeline, sorry.

What you can do, however is to make Timeline less annoying, by installing a browser extension, that alters the display of the Timeline, letting you view it in an easier to read, single column layout format. Just install FB Purity, and click the TL button, complete instructions on how to it are here:
