I tried using http://www.proxyan.to proxy list it was really amazing but unfortunately it was blocked too because of government laws so I wanna list not blocked and not known as famous proxies sites to be able to access social websites and other websites ...thnks

You can download Psiphon:

It is easy to use. Just run it and when you do not need that do not forget to exit.
