I created accounts on link shortening websites and shared my links. I want to know if people click on your links, they were redirected to the ads page, and if they didn't click on the 'SKIP AD', will I get paid?

yes adf.ly and linkbucks pay money when the people click on the link. but url shortners are blocked in some countries ( India)...
url shortners will pay very less amount ($5 for 10,000 Clicks) ...... i'm from india and i'm using linkbucks and adf.ly both........ try linkbucks lock option for get more money....
