rss feeds are little orange button's you'd find on some specific websites and they let you take all the information and update it no matter where you have put the information.
just wanted to convince a few businessess to use these but what would be some good points about them apart from that they are really quick and easy to use.
the answer with most idea's will recieve 10 points.

Here are some good points :
1. Can be used as an advertising or marketing tool.
2. Unsubscribing feeds is easy, just delete them.
3. Spam free.
4. Get updated.
