Best marketing for an insurance lead generation website? - Multi - 04-20-2014 02:57 AM

Can someone give me idea on what is the best tools for marketing my newly created Insurance Website, Lead Generation Website?

What are the things I need to study:

SEO
Online Marketing

What are these, and aside from these, what else?

How to go about this, what are the steps to do first, study about SEO, or what?

Thanks,
Lenn

You probably want to crate lots of original quality content to get the SEO ball rolling, backlinks are essential too, but they must appear to be natural 'donated' links from interested parties.

Here's a Search Engine Optimization guide by an SEO authority, too much of the stuff taught by others is out of date or simply inaccurate.

Establishing your site as a reputable information source can also help the quality score for landing pages you might use with the Google Adwords paid ad system. Matching ads to landing page content also helps make ads cheaper.

20% content and 80% email marketing.

Let me explain:
20% seo content(articles, posts, forums)
80% backend email marketing( youll need to write a lot emails and you need to setup auto responders)
Your target is lead generation not SEO

Good luck!
