And how can i get my home page for google search results . I've an ayurveda resort in Sri lanka ,foreigners search for '' sri lanka ayurveda '' on Google, so if i get the domain name as srilanka ayurveda.org will it appear in the google search results directly ?? Or should i pay for google Adwords ?
So , my goal is to appear my search result in google and attract customers ... Thanks

It would be very good for you to have a domain name with both Sri lanka and ayurveda in it. However, having good domain name is not enough for your website to be on the top of search results for all relative search requests. First of all you will have to make your website fast, good looking and filled with high quality keyword rich content. You will also have to learn various SEO and marketing techniques to increase the rank of your website, icluding link building, social media marketing, blogging and so on. AdWords is a quite good advertizing tool but it will require some efforts to adjust it for your business needs and to make it really effective. As for buying traffic, you can get website visitors this way but you unlikely get significant number of real customers via purchased traffic.
