I know about craigslist and myspace classified and facebook marketplace but are there any other places online I can advertise for free that I don't have to register for? I live in WA just in case you know state specific websites.

Where you advertise shouldn't have to do with cost, but rather your target market. If you want seniors, then AARP magazine will suffice. If you want investors, then the Wall Street Journal will do.
that said, if you're marketing to the general public, then try kijiji.com.

There is a great book called "Guerilla Marketing" that has been around (and updated) for years. I STRONGLY reccomend it!

Try to advertise at high traffic free classified site.Place your ads here.
