on twitter some guy sent me a link that was like '@sonofaskittle lol I had a feeling this is u' and I clicked the link and it had the twitter sign in page, so I signed in assuming my phone had just logged me out. It didn't do anything, there was no linked page other than the sign in so I went to bed. when I woke up, I had 200+ tweets tagging people in similar tweets (@username lol check this out, etc etc) and I know I didn't do it...

You fell for a phishing scam, and gave a spammer your login and password by signing in on a fake login page. Change your password.
