you'd target keywords people in your market would use when they are in the buying phase for real estate. learn how to turn keywords into long tail keywords also because these will deliver extreme relevant visitors. i'm guessing you know about search engine optimization.
use social media. for example you'd type real estate in the facebook search bar and you'd see the results of groups and pages. join only the active pages with active fans. cold pages are worthless. join those conversations. same with twitter and google plus. search your keywords and create relationships with the contacts you find. you should know how to process a cold lead into customer over time.
you can also use facebook as a page, like pages as a page and enter conversations. making it even easier for your business to create relationships and process them into customers over the long term.
this costs nothing but time and social skills and sales skills.
