as some of you may know it's christmas time on tumblr and I need to know how to put a santa hat on my icon picture.. does anyone know how? Or is there somesight that I can go to to edit a photo??

you can always use gimp/photoshop, but if not, there's an easier way.
go on http://www.beezmap.com/index/index/id/MKfffofR5JhQZv4= and select "free form". then upload your icon, and then upload a santa hat that you like (make sure it's transparent) and move it to the place where you want it to be and save
