I suggest you start small goals like ''learn more about my craft'' or ''to have a known firm in our city'' instead of worldwide fame. Remember, all big company names in the world started being a small store or something after they became a huge hit. Start small, take things one step at a time, relax, don't rush.

Try reading a lot of books. I would recommend you read ''The power of habit'' by Charles Duhigg and ''The Little Book of Talent'' by Daniel Coyle.

Just enjoy whatever you have in mind. There are rough edges along the way but If you're positive and optimistic to achieve your goal, you can make it.

*I'm not a fashion designer or an art master.

Your logo is incredibly important to creating a recognizable brand. It's probably ahead of making a website, or even ordering business cards, because your logo needs to go on everything that you produce.

Your logo is your first impression, make it memorable and appropriate for your field.

Branding is an important part of what you need to do - have a look at some marketing articles on building brands.
If you're not yet on web, then you can either buy a ready made website or have one built for you. The latter takes longer but may be better option.
Re store layout, reading about merchandising will help and looking at what other retailers do.

As suggested suggest you start with lots of small targets leading to worldwide-known firm, and be certain that is what you want - do you want to be a big global brand or just be a bit more succesfull?
Have targets that you can attain, in short term (say less 3 months), medium tern (next 9 months) and long term (one year plus)
