I live in Florida, and I'm trying to register my small business. What website will help me out in order to get my Tax number and register my company with the state??

I think Hong Kong company or UK company are better choices for you to do a small business. Because they don't need to pay taxs if you don't do your business in HK or UK. If you are interested in Hong kong company and UK company registration, you may contact Touch Law Firm to get help.
