How can I check my computer for surveillance programs? - LETyahoo - 04-20-2014 11:34 PM How do I know if someone is tracking me or accessing my computer without consent? I have Windows 8, which I do not like, and now my access to changing things has been taken away. I SET UP the computer...and am locked out as "administrator". I don't know computer "coding" well, but I noticed that there are proxy ports and sometimes my IP adress changes from a Dynamic port to a Static port. When I looked this up online, it said Static ports are usually so that someone can access one computer from another location...and a lot of sites talk about web cams. It scares me.
