you know how on twitter people can tweet pictures from tv movies or of artist ect. I want to know how to do that and how long it take to make one picture. I assume they are using tumblr or something.

afew yrs ago when I was in h.s. we did a photoshopping program and it was a 2-3 day project just to photoshop 1 picture.

photoshopping is easy once you get the hang of it...
well if you want like a collection of multiple pictures, get a collage app and make one yourself. you'll have to get the pictures yourself (youtube, google images etc.) Once you get used it, it'll take about 10 minutes for each.
