Its in the inbox of your Email Id. If you use yahoo's id in fb, its in yahoomail inbox and if you use gmail, it's in Gmail's inbox.

You will get a code on the e-mail you have (for example ymail,gmail etc...).Just type the same code. Hope that helps!!!

Check out your email that associated with your Facebook account and if mail is not be there so just checkout your spam folder.
