It's told me to come back in 4 days time or when I've received payment. What if they still don't pay and I want to sell to the next highest bidder. What do I do then. Probably wont receive payment as I haven't received any communication from the buyer despite several messages.

Read my previous answer which covers this, or read ebay's help pages for sellers.
Don't get so wound up about it - ebay has this effect on people (both buyers and sellers) and it really isn't worth it.

you have to wait for ebay to say it's ok. so wait 4 days. THEN you can give it to the next highest bidder.
