I have not head of like exchanging, most people have just one account and one like they could exchange, hardly wor the the process.
Aside from many of the paid link sources, of course Fiverr being one, you can exchange tasks, like doing social bookmarking or web searches to get a moderate amount of like at Microworkers.com where a worker and employer can share the same account, allowing you to earn credit you can apply to buying other tasks rather than going for the payout.
