I was wandering if it was possible to have your own free website, i'm wanting to do somewhat of a review sight of common daily things, and tips.

you can not create free direct domain like http://www.domain.com
you can create free sub domain services like domain.blogspot.com, domain.wordpress.com
first why do you go with free subdomain when you are getting direct domains for 300INR.
let us assume, daily you spend 2 hours for your website, so you are spending 60 hours per month..
if your hourly pay is 40 INR. so you are spending 2400 INR/month as your effort.
then why cant you spend 1000INR/year for hosting and 300INR/year for a domain. on the whole you have to spend 1300 INR/year. when compare to subdomain and direct domain. direct domain occupies the 80% value. so please try to spend 1300INR/year for hosting and domain. you can buy http://www.domain.co.in. if you put your effort in your subdomain your effort will get wasted. Please think and start.
