i sold an ipod in the afternoon today and the buyer paid and everything so now she messgaed me that she didnt know that their was a flaw in the item because she didnt read it so like now she wants to return it so what do i do do i ship it or what because it doesnt give me any actions to cancel payment or anything

to refund the buyer's payment you have to go to paypal, find the transaction, and click the refund option. there's no way inside ebay to give the money back. and you can also void the shipping label you bought on ebay by clicking some button they send you in the email notification of your successful postage purchase, if you've already bought the label from ebay and want your money back.
